Academics

Excellence :

We believe in providing a solid foundation to children in learning the core skills and subjects. We provide a purposeful and challenging environment within which children will thrive. We motivate children to become confident, compassionate, loving, caring and broad-minded individuals.

Culture :

Music, art, dance, drama, food, dress, literature, entertainment, religion, ritual and social customs combine together to define culture. Bhakti yoga is the process of connecting with the divine through these various channels. Bhakti is both a congregational and personal expression of love for the supreme. At the Goswami Academy children are encouraged to express their cultural identity through the vehicle of culture. Festivals provide a rich context for children to imbibe culture and traditions and therefore festivals take a prominent role in our annual calendar.

Education :

The Goswami Academy offers an inquiry based curriculum. Children are placed at the centre of this model where they interact with five themes or contexts: living beings, nature, God, action and time. Through this interaction they encounter various concepts. These concepts are further explored through rich topics of study. The rich topics are mapped to the Texas State learning outcomes. Values are embedded within the curriculum and reflect the spiritual basis of our world view. Children are encouraged to think creatively and critically with reason and logic. Innovation, resilience and persistency are essential dispositions cultivated by the Goswami Academy curriculum.
