Yoga & Meditation

In order to develop healthy habits for the mind, body and soul we promote regular exercise, a healthy diet, yoga and meditation. We provide a variety of age appropriate fitness experiences to keep the body fit and active. As a vegetarian campus we encourage students to make nutritious and compassionate dietary choices. Yoga balances the body, reduces anxiety, and improves concentration. As part of our holistic development we practice two forms of meditation. One is practiced individually to promote a sense of calmness and clarity.  The second is practiced in a group and includes musical instruments and singing mantras to create an atmosphere of joy.
